Is It Normal To Experience Constant Gastric Discomfort, And Chest And Upper Abdominal Pain While Being Treated For Jaundice?

Hi ....I was recently diagnosed with jaundice (bilirubin levels -2.5) .....I am following a strict diet with medicines as prescribed .....there is a contant gastric feeling all day which is inducing pain in my chest and upper abdomen also ....my ecg reports are normal ....is it normal to have gastric problems while being treated for jaundice ?
