Is It Normal To Experience Dull Chest Pain, Tightness, And Soreness In The Left Breast After Coughing?

Hi— since yesterday I have had a dull pain and tightness in my chest. I notice it particularly when I cough. When I cough, I have pain in my chest and upper abdomen. Tonight I also started noticing soreness in my left breast. None of the pain is bad, but I’ve never had it before.
