Is It Normal To Experience Facial Atrophy And Asymmetry Two Months After Cheekbone Surgery?

Hi I ve been throught cheekbone surgery having it broken after an assault. The surgery was good but now after two months i notice kind of facial atrophy on the side of the surgery (it looks like one cheek is bigger than the other) and the cheek looks bit flatter. Is it normal? Will my cheek regains its shape back again?
