First, you need to discuss the discharge issue with your gynecologist. Second, regarding headaches, if they are moderate to severe with nausea and you feel like you want to stay in your bedroom dark and quiet they are probably migraine. Migraine often improved during pregnancy but things can worsen after birth due to hormonal changes for example. Also, lack of good sleep due to breastfeeding can be a big risk factor for migraine. If you have not had headaches before, you will need to see a physician to determine if you need an MRI or CT scan.
