Is It Normal To Experience Pain When Urinating, Passing Gas, Or Defecating More Than A Fortnight After Fibroid Surgery?

Had Fibroid surgery 18 days ago,,, But still feel pains each time I want to urinate, gas,and defecate!! ..then I also want to know if it s okay for me to start trying to conceive after 2 months of the surgery!!. And also if I can stop the Estradiol valerate tablet am on after 2 months and also remove IUD doctor placed in my uterus.. Thanks
