Is It Normal To Experience Soreness And Pain In Hand After Using Crystal Meth?

I been using crystal meth for just over a month and I inject smoke n snort it. One day I woke up n I could not turn over my body was so sore it's going on 4 days now it goes all over like right now it's in my left hand n I can't move my hand cause the pain is unable almost feels like my hand is broken but it's not.
If u chop my hand off that problem be less painful but it goes in different parts of m body. Tell me what is happening to me

Cannot say without examining AND it certainly is serious. Commonly, there is constriction of vessels with use of methamphetamine, and blood doesn't geto somewhere it should. That area can die off and hurt in the process. There is usually visible changes in circulation with the area being very pale (no blood flow) or dark/blue/black.
