Is It Normal To Feel Distinct Strands In My Bicep Muscle When Pinching The Skin After Gaining Muscle From Workouts?
I started working out a few months back and have recently been starting to put on some actual muscle. By this I mean you can actually start to see them. I am slightly worried as when I grab at my bicep if I pinch lightly between the skin I can almost feel the different strands of muscle. Each strand individually. Maybe they’re tendons not muscle I don’t really know. Is this okay? The muscle doesn’t hurt or anything but it’s not soft either.
