Is It Normal To Feel Fog Headed While Suffering From Flu, Cough And High Temperature?

Hi
I have just started to recover from a bad dose of
Flu. Complete with high temperature, sneezing, mucous overload
Chesty cough and headache and pains in my legs.
Then I felt like I hit a wall of exhaustion and for the last few days
Have felt very out of it and panicky and foggy headed. Is this normal?
