Is It Normal To Feel Nauseated And Tiredness Being Diagnosed With Lung Cancer?

A few days ago I was told that I might have lung cancer. On Tuesday I am scheduled for a Bronchoscopy. Since I was told about the cancer I am extremely anxious, feel constantly nauseous, can t think , am very tired, and a bit scared. My question is: is the way I m feeling normal? Am I way over- reacting? I feel a bit guilty about being so down and incapable of doing much of anything. Normally I m always busy.
