Is It Normal To Feel Nauseous And Vomit After A New Navel Piercing, Or Could It Be Related To My GAD?

I got my naval pierced yesterday, and I woke up feeling nauseous all day and throwing up. Especially when i touch it or clean it; however, when my mind is preoccupied, i stop feeling sick. I do have GAD so i’m not sure if the sick feeling is related to that or if it isn’t normal. How long do you think this will last
