Hi I'm 24 year old guy.
I've been doing kegal and reverse kegal excersices for more than two or three weeks from now. My EQ is good. Is it normal to get precum from morning erections? I'm so worried about precum. It drenches my undies very easily. i'm so worried. Will kegal and Reverse kegal help? Please advise..
