Is It Normal To Get Pus After Chalazion Surgery?

Hello I just had Chalazion surgery today and my dr didn't give me much details what to do after. I got the cream to apply 3 times a day but I noticed I keep getting pus, is that normal? I found an unoped sample of Besivance from awhile ago, should I take that or what do I need to do?

Thanks for posting the query,

This is not normal to get pus after any surgery.
You should take higher antibiotics with proper hygienic dressing and consult to your Surgeon. Take vitamin C suplements for healing.
