Is It Normal To Get Red Mucus Discharge When On Birth Control Pills?

I had Laparoscopy surgery on my ovaries about a month ago and my doctor put m on birth control pills to not have a period because my ovary is damaged, so now Im having brown and red like mucus discharge coming out of me is that normal or should I go get it looked at?

Hello,

Some mucus and brown discharge may be normal in the first months of starting oral pills. But if this situation persists, I recommend consulting with your gynecologist for a new ultrasound and further tests.
