Hi my name is Paul I,am a 47 year male my height is 174cm and my weight is 80 kg. I just check my BP and it is 110 over 64 my heart rate is 45 beats per minute is this normal

Your BP is OK but heart rate is low(bradycardia)but nothing to worry if otherwise normal.Check the heart rate repeatedly to note any change of that,
