Hello
The BP of 130/90 is in normal range but the diastolic is on the higher side hence you require to get the BP measurement at different times and in sitting and sleeping position before coming to conclusion of high blood pressure.
After this you can start on antihypertensive medication if the blood pressure still remains elevated.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
