Is It Normal To Have A Sore Throat After Swallowing Cum In Mouth?

I recently went down on a guy and he cummed in my mouth and now I have a huge sore throat and it is kinda sore to swallow, i'm kinda scared is it normal? It was my first time doing that and I guess you could say I deep throated? And swallowed a lot of it.

It is not normal to have a sore throat after oral sex and i think you may have contracted an infection form this guy. please meet your doctor for examinatin and further advice. thanks
