Is It Normal To Have Back Cramps After Surgical Abortion In A Crohn's Disease Patient?

I had a sergical abortion last wednesday, I seem to b ok, not crampin, slight spotting still, but my question is every time I use the bathroom I get a slight crampin in my lower back. I do have crohns disease but never noticed this I guess pain until after my abortion.

Hi. This usually does not happen after surgical abortion. You can try anti inflammatory drugs and also one urine routine ex. done to rule out UTI. But if still symptoms persist, then get a scan done to see whether the procedure is complete or not.
