Is It Normal To Have Breast Milk Post Abortion?

Hi, Iv been searching online and i havent found anything . I was wondering if its normal for breast milk to come after you have an abortion. Problem is, i was only 7 weeks and a half pregnant and i got the abortion about a week ago from today. So i want to know is this normal??

The symptoms that you are normal post abortion. It may take some weeks that the body returns to normal post abortion. During this period you may experience different symptoms due to the chances of the hormones.
