Is It Normal To Have Bump In Head Years After Being Hit?

I am a 24 year old women who plays field hockey. About 6 years ago i was stuck on the back of my head. I was taken to hospital for a check over by my doctor, and was told I may have fractured my skull. 6 years down the line, and i still have a large bump behind my right ear. My vision went from good to bad last year, and i now wear glasses. Could this have been anything to do with my head injury, and should i still have this bump on my head? I am quite worried.
