Is It Normal To Have Coldness Of Left Arm During Exercise After A Cervical Fusion Surgery ?

I have had a cervical fusion surgery, but I'm still experiencing coldness (to the touch) of my left arm during exericise. I do not know when this started because the only reason I ever noticed it happening is when I first hurt my neck and my left arm had tingling. I no longer have that tingling since the surgery, but i have the coldness. It sounds more like a ciruclation thing, but my heart is fine, I've had tests on that. Any ideas? is it still nerve issues related to my neck?

MY age is 47, I'm 5'1 and about 114 lbs
