Is It Normal To Have Constant Thirst When Suffering From Dry Mouth?

i am 76 and find my voice not very clear, i have always sung in the shower but cannot sing anymore, i am constantly thirsty,have a dry mouth, always tired and have not had 8 hours straight sleep in 12 years and fall off to sleep 2/3 times a day,i live alone but ensure i have a varied diet and think i am reasonably healthy.

according to increasing age sometime we feel all these symptoms due to age factor or drugs effect like hypertensive drug.first if you feel you have dry mouth then drink lots of water, keep your mouth moist. now a days artifical saliva stimulators are also available in market along with that start anti oxidant once a day. you will definately find a change
