Is It Normal To Have Dark Brown Discharge While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi, I have PCOS and my periods are between 32-45 days, i got on the 11th which was like very dark brown discharge so i thought my proper period would follow and the next day nothing then later that night abit red but nothin on the pad? can you tell me what this could be? I also have come out in a rash all over my torso and arms and neck like spots but oval dry bits too.
