Hello,
It is common for menstrual disturbances to happen soon after an abortion or childbirth due to the prolonged presence of the hormone progesterone only. The symptoms you have suggest general weakness, anemia and perhaps postural problems faced as the baby is nursed. The fact that you are bleeding heavily calls for the need to get immediate medical attention. You should be evaluated for the presence of any infection, retained products or another pregnancy in the process of abortion. You may need styptics and hormones. Take care.
