Is It Normal To Have Inter Menstrual Bleeding While Being On Eltroxin?

hi i m 28 years old female diagnosed for hypothyroidism 1 week ago and the doctor asked me to start taking eltroxin 0.05 mg . my question is that i had my period 10 days ago now i got it again is this normal with the medication or this is serious thanks a lot
