Is It Normal To Have Itching And Puss After Removing Plaster For Skin Tag?

I had a skin tag removed last Wednesday and was told to leave a plaster on it for 48 hours for it not to get wet after the 48 hours I took the plasters off but over the weekend the wound has really started to itch and now it has filled with puss.. Is this normal?

Hi,
From history it seems that you got infection on the part.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning the part.
If your doctor thinks that one course of antibiotic medicine is required, he will prescribe.
