Is It Normal To Have Less Abdomen Pain In The 13 Th Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 13 Weeks pregnant, until 12 weeks I was feeling a pain in the abdomen, but in 13th Week, I am feeling less preggo, is it normal or something went wrong, thats bothering and also, I am suffering from cold and cough often does it affect my child in the womb?

Yes, It is true second trimester is most comfortable then first and third trimester.
Mild cold and cough not affect your baby.
