OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

This is normal. This is due to hormonal changes. There are other methods of contraception like IUDs, barrier method, injectable contraceptives, but oral contraceptives are the best. There are many among them too, eg: mini pill, OCP, etc. You are using OCPs.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
