Is It Normal To Have Limited Movement In My Finger 4 Weeks After A Muscle Laceration?

Hi, 4 weeks ago I had an accident where I lacerated my index finger with glass it lacerated the bottom muscle of the finger and i had to get stitches the doctor said it didn t cut the tendons or break any bones 4 weeks have passed and the wound has completely healed but I still cant bend or stretch my finger easily is this normal or should I consult with a doctor
