Is It Normal To Have Lump And Blue Line After Injury To Child?

My 3 year old ran into a wall about a year ago and bruised her forehead pretty bad. There was a lump and a blue line running down the middle of it. It went away after a while but what I'm noticing is that any bump to the head, brings about this lump and blue line in the exact same place. This has happened three times in the last year. Just a note - she clumsy and a twin so most accidents involve fights over territory!
Is this normal or should I be concerned? And is the blue line a swollen vein?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the child has no clinical sign and symptoms then no need to worry, the blue is due to the ecchymosis (Collection of blood beneath the skin ) and this will go away without any treatment, for the safe side, it is better to get done the x-ray skull, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
