Is It Normal To Have Nausea After Accidentally Hitting My Head?

Hello, I went to emergency last night and the doctor told me I was fine after an accident happened at work. A co worker accidently hit my head with a big wooden lid, she didn't lift it high enough and hit me I guess you would say where your soft spot would be like on a baby. I do have a goose egg. He told me to take Advil, and add a cold compress to it. Yesterday, I didn't have a headache but I do now, and I feel nausea. Is that normal?

hello. headache may be normal but not nausea. i think you should go to your doctor as soon as possible as you have to be examined further. thanks
