Is It Normal To Have Nausea And Dizziness After Taking Clomipramine And Abilify?

Today my husband's prescription was changed from 5mg Zyprexa to 50mg clomipramine and 5mg Abilify. He took his first dose of the new prescription at 9.30 am today. Within 2 hours he started feeling nauseous and dizzy. He vomitted and lost control of his bowels. Can this be considered a normal reaction? I have left a message for his doctor (she is terrible about returning calls and will probably only phone back this evening. I am not sure what to do.
