Is It Normal To Have Nausea, Bloating And Diarrhoea After Embryo Transfer?

Hi doctor, I had a 2 day ET 5 days ago (3 fresh embryos of grade A) and over the last two days have been experiencing extreme nausea, a hard bloated stomach and diarrhea. Am also experiencing shortness of breath walking from room to room and do not feel like eating anything solid. I am currently taking gestum 400, a battery of tablets and the requisite shots including Gestone which seems to have triggered off this episode. I have hypothyroidism and I am 37. Can you please advise?
