Is It Normal To Have Numb Fingers In The Morning Days After Hitting My Hand Near The Wrist?

I hit my hand Friday on the back near the wrist but still over the top of the hand. It hurt really bad but I could still move it, with great pain however. After about an hour or two it felt better. Saturday and Sunday go by. Monday morning and Tuesday morning I wake up and my pinky, ring, and middle finger are numb and asleep . It goes away after about 5 minutes. Is there any cause for concern? Or is my hand just healing? I just don t want to lose my hand, lol.
