Is It Normal To Have Pain In Scrotum After Undergoing Gastric Bypass Laparoscopic?

I had gastric bypass laproscropic in february 2005. I have had no problems until several months ago. I am experiencing constant and sometimes sharp pain in my right scrotum area (or area between my vagina and leg), can you give me some idea what this is? Sometimes bowel movement is mucousy.
