Hi yes painless white spots on the upper lips.inner cheek and oral cavoty can be forydace spots which is a normal phenomenon but it should be differtiated from aphtous ulcers or molluscum contagioum where former one is treated by b complex supplementation and latter one is treated by extirpation or electrocautery

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

These white spots are enlarged sebaceous glands.

These are called as fordyce spots.

No treatment is required.

It will subside on its own.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
