Is It Normal To Have Prolonged Bleeding After Cortisone Injections?

I ve had 2 rounds of cortisone injections in my lower back area last month. I started my mentrual cycle 2 days after and I was on it for 9 days. Usually mine is 7 days. It has been at least 3 weeks and I am still having some blood in my discharge. Is this normal?
