Is It Normal To Have Rapid Blood Flow Occasionally During Periods?

Period blood clots ? I m a teenager of the age of 16, and I don t think my menstrual cycle is exactly heavy but when I stand or any movement ; I can feel rapid period blood coming out & I am a virgin , it makes it uncomfortable to walk or do anything & my face becomes noticeably pale.
