Is It Normal To Have Red Blood Discharge And Cramps After Menses?

blood is bright red. I had my period a couple weeks ago like normal. Then about three days ago I got it again and this time I am haveing bright red blood and bad cramps. I am also haveing some back pain. During the time that I was not on my period I noticed it hurt to have sex. I also had crampling on my lower left where my fallopian tube would be. Is this normal?
