Is It Normal To Have Severe Cold And Green Discharge After Sinus Surgery?

Hi I had sinus surgery six weeks ago due to sinus infections. After surgery i felt real good and had no bleeding or drainage. Now I feel like I have a sever cold with head congestion and my sinuses are draining a green discharge that just runs and drips out of my nose(lots of drainage)Is this normal six weeks after surgery?

I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
No this may not be normal. This could be due to sinus infection.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
3) Steam inhalation.
4) Consult your operating surgeon for review.
