Is It Normal To Have Severe Cramping And Clotting After Taking Apo-misoprostol?

I took A Medication called apo-misoprostol 200 mcg in which i had to insert 4 tablets into the vagina to soften my uterus to bring on a miscarage, as i had an undeveloped pregnancy. I took these On a Friday. I had severe cramping and blood clotting... I knew this was normal as it was the proceedure to taking the pills. It is now 4 days since taking them and I am having severe cramping and clotting once again. Should I go to the hospital , and does this mean this is a second miscarage??
