Is It Normal To Have Severe Pain In Lower Back, Hips And Spine During Periods?

Hi my question is, when I get my menstrual cycle I get server lower back pain that goes from the upper part of my hips into my spine above the tail bone, why does this happen? and what can I do or get for the pain? The pain lasts for 4 of the 6 day cycle of my period.

Welcome. I can understand your concerns. Its due to spasms of periods and is normal. Don't worry, most girls get this pain.
What you have to do is, take Ibuprofen800mg 3 times a day for the pain days. Continue it for every cycle, and stop when you feel no pain.
