I am 49yrs old and hiv positive. I started taking ARV in may 2007. I have been on atripla for the past two yrs. I have had a complete hysterectomy in Jan 2013. My cd4 count is 600, vl is undetectable recently I am experiencing severe sweating. Is this normal?
Hi, Welcome to HCM. Your viral load is under well control. Your CD4 count also seems to be good. Severe sweating may be due to some other tablets like Paracetamol or due to climatic conditions or due to some other non-HIV co-morbidity. Not due to ART or HIV disease. Dr S.Murugan
