Is It Normal To Have Shortness Of Breath While Turn Side During Sleep Pregnancy?
I'm 21 weeks pregnant 3rd child. I sleep on my side but when I wake up and move to the other side it feels like I have a shortness of breath and it feels tight on my chest. I have to lay there and try to take deep breaths to feel comfortable. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be likely in pregnancy and this is nothing to worry, try to sleep in little slant position with angle of 45 to 50 degree then you wont be having such symptoms, hope this information helps, take care.
