Is It Normal To Have Spotting And Feel Hungry After A Surgical Abortion?

I had a surgical abortion today around 10 or 11 after the procedure I felt fine no cramping no bleeding. They said it was fine but now it's been a couple of hours and I'm still not cramping and I'm only spotting. Is this normal? And I'm extremely hungry.

Yes it is perfectly normal. Spotting will be there for some more days. Feeling hungry is a physiological thing as abdomen becomes more spacious due to loss of foetal contents.
