Is It Normal To Have Spotting Every Other Day At The Age Of 43 Years?
I am 43 yrs. of age. I know my monthly cycles vary from month to month, but this last one I had was strange. I spotted every other day last week and on Monday I was flowing pretty hard. Is that common for my age? Also, the menstrual blood smells like permanent is that common?

It is not normal at this age. You should get an ultrasound scan to find out the reason. Usually hormonal.
