Is It Normal To Have Suprasternal Pulse?

I ve suprasternal pulse.does this normal?i m hypochondriac especially about my heart.so,last month i had ekg and 2d echo and abdominal ultrasound done.all normal.but now this suprasternal pulse caused anxiety.so my question is that could it be aortic arch aneurysm?do echo detects aortic arch aneurysm from suprasternal point of view?should I worry about it?im 22 year man.

Yes, the ECHO you have done can indicate there is or there is no aneurysm, so I think you should not worry as long as your ECHO is OK.
