Is It Normal To Have Thick Brown Discharge With Marena?
When I was 15 I went on the injection, after 6 month of almost serious complications and a number of different conteceptions I got sent to the head gynecologist at my local hospital. Im only aloud to take conteceptions that have no side affect of clotting. The gynecologist told me about the marena and said normally only woman who have had children should have the marena and even though I have no children she told me it may be the only solution. So I went a head. I still got regular periods and did pt every 2 months. Ive been back to the gp and hospital a number of times for pains in my lower tummy but every test always comes back normal. I havent had the pains for about 3 months now but last week I was due for my cycle and only had it for 1 day. Then this morning I had a brown thickish discharge. It wasnt painful and had no smell. I do regular pt as my family are overly furtile and just to be safe. I no im not pregnant and ive had the same sexual partner for 3 years but as my marena is due out in 6 months should I be concerned? What is the corse of this and should I be concerned?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. One may have all these variations , even with out the marina also. So don't worry about it, after removal you can have conception. Other wise the cause may not be the marina. If you have any tummy pain, or dark discharge, with smell, it may be the infection, and you may approach your doctor, for treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to avoid any variations. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
