Is It Normal To Have Tight Chest During Pregnancy?

This is my first pregnancy I was admitted to the hospital 1/17/14 because there was a large amount of protein in my urine. I am 32.5 weeks and I was given magnesium sulfate due to preeclampsia for a day in a half. Is bloating one of the other side effect? Also, my baby is not as active I am worried sick. Should I be experiencing tightness of the chest when I lay down to rest? Please ease my mind with an answer that I can over stand please.....

Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic.
History of magnesium sulphate intake and tightness of chest with increased blood pressure at 33 weeks of gestation is a very aserious symptom so you should rush to ER as soon as possible and get yourself properly evaluated for the dose and type of antihypertensive prescribed and any pathology in lung os heart.
Dobt take it lightly.
