Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that your mother has a fistula, between the stomach, and some part of the colon, due to the intestinal obstruction, hence the food is coming back into the stomach. You should inform your doctor, regarding this, so that they may ask you to have a CT scan, for diagnosis. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
