OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Watery diarrhoea and vomiting is not common in pregnancy. Moreover, at 36 weeks of pregnancy, it can lead to preterm labour and delivery, and can also cause problem to the fetus by depletion of fluid level in your body.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get properly examined, investigated( stool examination, electrolyte level, ultrasound to confirm fetal well being) and get treated preferablyas an inpatient.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
